the agency take. (The � hasn't dropped
below a US$ has it? ;-)

I was told this was pretty standard practice
for Engineering Consulting (my profession in
a former life) in Europe, where, BTW, CLIENTS
take the CONSULTANT to Lunch/Dinner.
