You can't use cfimport with any variable.
For instance <cfimport taglib="#rootpath#tags/layouts" prefix="layout"> will throw an error. This makes cfimport unusable for me since I need to be able to put in dynamic paths so that I can easily move a site and not have to worry about anything hardcoded throughout the application.
