If you want a free solution then you can install perl and spamassassin and use cfexecute to call spamassassin (I've done this in the past and it does work).
If you want an easier solution and are running on Windows then you could try PrismAS - http://www.coolfusion.com/Products/PrismAS/index.cfm PrismAS (which is based on spamassassin) runs as a service that can be queried via tcp/ip and is far quicker and far easier to set up than using the cfexecute method mentioned above.
