:S Your subject line mentions SMS but your message refers to email?
It would be pretty easy to go down the email route having CF monitor a mailbox with CFPOP and then reply with cfmail based on the contents of the senders email - some sort of scheduled task to go into the mail box, retrieve messages and then perform the processing is where i'd start... john.
