Our production server (Win2K3, CFMX 6.1) sends all cfm pages down as UTF-8. But our dev server (Win2K, CFMX 6.1) is sending them as ISO-8859-1. I'd like to change the dev machine to be the same as the production machine (I'm getting weird characters showing up) but I can't find where. Can anyone help?
