We have another vendor who's given us access to their sql database for
certain tables that we copy into our database. I have setup a dts package
which copies those tables into our database, and have scheduled a job which
does it every night.

Now the client wants to be able to synchronize those tables at will. I've
been pulling my hair out on this for a couple of days while I couldn't
access CF-Talk (my mail server blocked all mail from it since it was on a
spam list due to the virus). I tried everything I could find, but I either
get some sort of error, or it looks like it succeeds, but the tables never
get updated. The package and job work fine when I run them through sql
server, or execute as a scheduled job through sql. Does anyone have any
thoughts on how to get it working in ColdFusion?

Russ
