No, I am not sure this worked.  This has been up for a couple of years
but I vaguely remember making a change having to do with the email
address a few months ago. (Note to self: got to start commenting better)
I imagine it has been broken since and neither I nor anyone else
realized it until last week.  Naturally I was gone on vacation at the
time the error was discovered.

I had come to the conclusion of a doing something like Bryan's
suggestion yesterday but wanted to understand the error, so I posted it.

Seems pretty simple now, it's always those obvious things, that take the
longest to find.

Yuppers. I just fired up a 6.1 instance and tested it and...
RegistrantEMail is passed as an empty string so <cfparam> never fires.

Ken, are you *sure* that code worked on 6.1?
