I have just transferred away from xtreme hosts, they were good to start off with but there were just one too many unexplained outages - plus they changed the way cfmail worked on the system without telling anyone, the first I knew about it was an irate call from a client I had hosted with them asking why they hadn't had any email orders for more than 24 hours.
