if you mean rbManager, it's plenty fine but there are several others out 
there (like http://www.cantamen.de/i18nedit.php?lang=en). if you mean 
jason's rbMan app, it's not bad for what it does provided you take it's 
approach in your app. but be warned that none of these things generally 
play well together (ie one rb editor's files more than likely can't be 
used in another rb editor, the rb key/values won't be disturbed but the 
other app's management code will generally get mangled).
