I've been playing with CSS again recently, and it was just so goofy and
frustrating- exactly like I remember DHTML from a few years ago, just more
options to screw everything up. I picked up the Flex2 Builder Alpha, and based
on what I have been able to build just in the Alpha, I see no reason to keep
playing with HTML for RIAs.

Starting from scratch with zero knowledge of Flex, I was able to convert an app
that I have been trying to build in AJAX into Flex in about 4-5 hours. Granted,
it isn't a big app, but I spent several days playing around with AJAX and CSS
trying unsuccessfully to get it to do what I wanted.
