I am getting this message on a server and am wondering if anyone has seen it before:
> Fatal: Stack size too small. Use 'java -Xss' to increase default stack size. The coldfusionmx service crashes. I have to go in and manually kill the service and restart it for the server to start working again. I am on RHEL 3 running Apache 2.3 with CFMX 6.1 In the jvm parameters there is no stack size set at this time...I set it to 512M and the errors have continued. Does anyone know what the default stack size is if it is not set explicitly? Does the stack size get subtracted from the JVM heap size? Or are they 2 seperate allocations? If I set 1Gb for the heap and 512M for the stack, does that mean CF will be using 1.5Gb?
