I use Xtreme Hosting (Linux), and I have been happy so far. There are a couple of quirks here and there (I.E., I don't think they have robust error messages enabled in the CF servers), but you can't beat the price. And their support has been quick and helpful. I haven't noticed any service outages yet either. Well, I take that back. One day I wasn't able to access the server where I would administer my site, but my own domain was not down.
