Yes, Crystaltech only supports windows. It's a big flaw on their side, but since they're running a skeleton crew on the windows boxes, I don't see them getting any linux tech's anytime soon.
HostMySite I believe has linux hosting (either them or their sister company SmarterLinux). I haven't personally had any experience hosting linux boxes with them, but I have a few at RackSpace, and the support is just awesome.
