Apparently Adobe has changed the command line for newer releases of Reader and it no longer supports these switches. I did find a solution, though, in a shareware program called Batch & Print Pro. It installs as an app, and can be run as a service. It manages print queues and supports both command line printing and directory monitoring. We set it up as a service that monitors a folder on the server, then we just drop PDF files in that folder and they get sent off to the default printer. Then it moves them to a different folder so we can track which ones get printed properly.
