Nope, it's something your not supposed to be able to use it for, like extending cFFUNTION or something. In the docs it says you can't use it inside a cffunction though, but I was hoping I might be able to use it to have optional arguments for web services, seeing as using cfargument makes all of them requried regardless of setting the required bit.
