Neil, I have tried all iterations, and more that likely changed the slashes accidentally, so in an attempt to troubleshoot this is an orderly fashion I used both directions of slashes. using this '\' gives me a connection failure, and using '/' gives me the following:

Doing some googling, I found people with a similar problem who solved it by uninstalling Enhanced Internet Explorer Security. Unfortunately, when I go to "Add Windows Components", Enhanced Internet Explorer Security is not installed (although it available to install).
