That program of Able Commerce is a little flaky, I can't hardly wait for the
new one.  I have found with Able Commerce builder that sometimes you have to
(for some reason) add an acb virtual folder under the website to make
certain includes work.  I have not been able to figure out why, but it has
seemed to help me with several of my ACB sites.  I hope this might help you,
if you haven't tried it yet.

I currently am running two installs of acb 2.91 and just got rid of two
installs of 2.6.  Can't wait for the new one.  It should be super.

My solution to the original problem is to just use cfsets above the include.
