Hi Mike: There's an easier way to do this than worrying about generating a fingerprint and all that stuff. I just set up a payment gateway yesterday at Authorize.NET for a nonprofit client who wanted to take donations via the web. Basically, it's just an http call that returns back authorized or declined. I can share the code with you once I get to work in about an hour. I'll email you off list when I get there, if you'd like.
