The presentation Mosh posted has some validation on  #2 (the one he pointed
out) that is VERY similar to the qFOrms demo you pointed out.

With a little styling it could be damn near identical.

Yeah, that is why I just commented on the presentation.  I do not even think
that version of qForms is released yet.  I think OnTap framework does
something similar, but not 100% on that.
