Yep, it's really that simple. You'll need to delete your existing working directory, copy the repo, and then check your WD out again, so that the SVN metadata reflects the new repo location. You can look into `svn switch` which would allow you to change the metadata in place, but I've had mixed luck with it, so I go the delete/checkout route.
