I just watched the Breeze show .. and read the FAQ on the change. Don't you just love those lovely words like "outplacement" and "transition". Imagine telling your bank manager, "I'm just going through this 'transition' thing ..." hmmmmmmm
I'd comment there is very little mention of CF in the speel.
