Is there any way to get cfselect to display multiple columns from a query?

For example - using a standard select, here's what I'm showing:

<option value="#calendar.id#">
    #LSDateFormat(calendar.event_date,'mm-dd-yyyy')#
    <cfif IsDefined("calendar.event_time")>
        - #LSTimeFormat(calendar.event_time,'h:mm tt')#
   </cfif>
    - #calendar.event_name#
</option>

Anyway to get that to work in a cfselect? So far, no luck
