Yep, running 6,1,0,hf59763_611, linux.

"myquery" was just for purposes of this discussion.  In my app the name of the 
query and the reference to it is "qns".  

As a workaround I've started to cache these queries into arrays of structs to 
reduce the load on these CFQUERYs.
