Search the archives - there is a thread in there (maybe 3 weeks old?) that describes the pros and cons of Google hosting. I bought a site just to see what I got for the money - and it's not much.
What is it that you want to do with the site? There are considerable limitations, such as no cffile/cfdirectory tag use, MySQL is the only DB, no allowance for the use of cfx_ tags, and there was more, I'm just not sure what. I'd only use it for light sites, brochure sites, where you don't need that much functionality. Spend a little more $$ if not, you'll be happy that you did.
