I fired up Ben's tag last week from his recent blog entry on it. Very slick, although NIST servers report GMT. You'll need DateAdd() for your timezone calc. If you are on a shared server that function is the way to go. If you are on a dedicated box I would use the free NIST exe and schedule it so the server clock itself stays within a second or less of perfect time. Works like a charm.
