barneyb turned me on to the MyEclipse plugin, which I just downloaded and am really digging. Free trial, $35/year gets you editors for XML, UML, DB browsing, HTML WYSIWYG, Javascript, J2EE, and more. I got it just for the JS editor, it rocks.
