Hey James, I've had a chance to checkout your CFAJAX examples and have a quick question on a specific technical issue I was hoping you could answer before I climb on the AJAX wagon ;-)
THE SCENARIO: I use this in my data driven select box options: <option value="#recID#" <cfif recID eq FORM.mySelectBox>selected</cfif>>#recDisplayValue# THE POSSIBLE ISSUE (although I think it would be fine): If I was using CFAJAX to change the option values (and displayed values) based on some user action (like your related select box example), do you forsee any issues with my code above still running correctly? I'm just not sure what would happen if I change the option values and displayed values via JS (your list box II example)....how my bit of CF tucked in there would react. I'm also fighting a nasty cold....so my brain may be playing tricks on me...this seems like it should be fine...but making sure ;-) TIA Cheers PS...thanks for those examples....simple and clear!
