I rather suspect, just like regular html, users HATE poorly designed flash forms more than just flash forms in and of themselves. Most of the things people HATE seem to be things that can be overcome with a little planning and some work. I think the key is not to use flash form for forms that are better suited to HTML. Use flash forms when you can eliminate a bunch of page refreshes and give a great user experience for a complex process. I ALWAYS hate to see people throw out broad generalizations! :)
