Although its not MX 7 specific I think, I loved ColdFusion MX Bible. It was a very practical book that had a few tips and tricks that I have never heard of.
One thing I am not crazy about in some text books is they have a lot of information about load balancing servers and multiprocessing and stuff that on a day-to-day basis I do not find very useful. The "Bible" I felt concentrated on a lot of stuff that I used day-to-day. I, however, think that NO books out there that I have read / flipped through cover CFCs very well. .......................
