I have 6.1 and for a time I ran SM on the same box. Basically SM eats about 30mb. ST eats quite a bit more since its a log analyzer. Just make sure you have sufficient horsepower. I wouldn't do it on one of those $79/month Crystaltech servers but I'd do it on their top-end box.
