First, for clarification, the acronym is "EBCDIC".

Subject: EBSIDIC Conversion

For my latest project, I need to convert a portion of my output into
EBSIDIC format and submit the result as a text file to a legacy (duh)
system.

Any EBSIDIC converters out there or any suggestions on how to go about
this? As crazy as it sounds, only SOME of the fields in this delimited
text file are to be converted, hence I would like to do this on a field
by field basis. I have found converters that will convert the entire
file, but field by field on the fly sounds a bit more challenging.
