Perhaps the "chefs" who specialize in certain "cuisine", such as Mach II, can submit recipies for dishes in that style...and within that particular style of food, there can be beginner, intermediate, and advanced recipies in order introduce new chefs to the art of cooking food (CF solutions) in that style (framework)...
