If you have DEEP pockets check out iRise: http://www.irise.com/ We are piloting with it and it's great at the enterprise level. It ties in with a number of requirements management tools so you can track your wireframe designs to individual requirements. It's also one of the few tools I've seen get universal acclaim in reviews from the trade press. But you must have deep pockets . . .
