Your server is not blacklisted on http://cbl.abuseat.org/lookup.cgi?ip=200.58.211.169&.submit=Lookup. I have not been able to receive list mail since Sunday morning since my mail server uses another list which uses this list to block spam. I have not been able to receive emails since Sunday morning. I imagine other people are in the same situation.
