Yes. If you're using CFMX, scheduled tasks are stored in lib\neo-cron.xml, I think. If you're using CF 5 or earlier, they're stored in a registry key. You may also be able to use the Archive functionality from CF Administrator to migrate server settings, including scheduled tasks, from one server to another.
