So, you want to display "real time" data on their site, not just her 
listings, but all listings in her area?

If that's the case, I think (I'm about to tackle this for a client here) 
you have to find out about your local IDX (Internet Data Exchange). 
They offer two ways to access data in Maine - one is to simply frame in 
the search interface that they provide into your site, or they will give 
you acccess to their data feed.  Either way, your client usually needs 
to get you signed up for this through their MLS membership.

Again, I am pretty sure that this varies from state to state on how it's 
done, as I think each state's IDX service is independant of the others. 
  Beware, some (like Maine's) really suck.

Funny how such a resource (the 'innernet) that can provide such an 
obvious benefit to the RE industry, just can't get off the ground, 
innovation-wise.  So much greed in the RE business, and nobody wants to 
pay for anything.
