I run several game sites and bots have been pulling this tactic for some
time now. Although they can't use our forms to send to anyone but me it was
quite annoying. I finally implemented IP tracking 1) each email has the IP
number of the browser that filled the form. 2) no IP can submit a form more
than once every 90 seconds and 3) if the form is filled with spam when I get
it then I add their IP the banned IP database and they can't get to website
to even use the form anymore.

It is after the fact but I am building a database of IP's to identify them.
