I was just talking about this exact thing in another thread here a
couple of weeks ago.

It is working great.  I had to use a cfhttp call to bring in the page,
but found its only eating like 10-20ms so I let it ride.

James, are you sure you need a 200 header?  This is all going on
server side.  I have IIS set to not check that pages don't exist.  I
would think that CF picks this up on its own but if it is and is
handing out a 404 along with the content that would be a bad thing. 
Whats the exact cfheader statement you are using?
