Howdy, I'm new to Coldfusion - and am looking at the product for work, where we have a trial version of verity Ultraseek. I know that coldfusion has a component of Verity and I have set up collection, searched on this, and am generally happy with the results - Except it won't open the files! I have noticed that the MS office docs 2003, pdf5+ don't seem to be supported - which seems odd, given that I get results, so it does index them - it just won't open the document to view them. I keep getting an error saying it can't locate the doc. Am I missing something? Is there a workaround, somehow. Thanks, Mark
