Hi guys,

I'm wondering if anyone has any experience with Escrow companies.  I'm about
to launch a website where i'll need to take funds off one person and put it
into an escrow and then at a later date pass the funds on to another person
(and at this stage take a 5% commission).  So similar to e-bay's money model
I suppose but a different service.

I'd like to find a way to get the cheapest rates for customers as what i'm
finding is that most of the credit card companies charge hefty amounts.  As
I have said i will charge them 5% or the total amount and then the credit
card company or bank will have their charges no doubt.

I have my own limited company and wondered whether i would be better off
contacting my bank and perhaps they would give me a better deal (Barclays
business banking).

It just seems like a big pit out there full of companies all offering
services (PayPal, Authorize.net, WorldPay etc) but nobody really standing
out.

I would be very interested in people's experiences and their knowledge on
this.  I would prefer the system to be able to interact with CF or otherwise
ASP.NET so customers can see their transactions.

I don't mind whether the company is in the UK or US.

Thank you,

Saturday
