I'm lead analyst over a ColdFusion application (with a SQL Server database) that tracks fixed-assets (lands and buildings) for state government. We have some field people that go out to state-owned buildings and do appraisals, and they'd like to take long/lat readings using GPS handhelds and upload those readings into our application.
