But instead of jabbing them over this 4ever why don't you give them some credit for actually taking the time to come up with a solution because none of the other shared hosts has even bothered doing it. And this isnt a HMS issue its a jsp issue. Bottom line is that if you NEED or want top level security then you don't put the site on a shared server, period.
