On a side note, as this version is for development, what if you intend to deploy on .net? Wouldn't it be useful to have a free *not for commercial use* of the .net version as well, as you are developing on the same platform you intend to deploy on. It could have the same restrictions that CFMx has, i.e. only xx number of IP's can access it, or perhaps restrict it to local LAN IP's. or some other solution altogether.
