I've got a file on which I'm working. When viewing source I have lots of extra carriage returns and spaces from comment tags, where code used to be, etc. Google gave me this page: http://www.cfmcentral.com/tips/gettip.cfm?id=14
which tells me to configure my code as follows: <CFPROCESSINGDIRECTIVE SUPPRESSWHITESPACE="Yes"> .... any CFML tags here ... </CFPROCESSINGDIRECTIVE> So I've tried that, viewed source on the changed file and it looks exactly the same.
