I've just signed up with www.Vortechhosting.com Dedicated P4 2.6ghz 1gb/40gb. Running pretty well so far, just signed up last week.
Support seems ok, but not been with them long enough to pass serious judgement. Price is $120 a month usd and includes Windows 2003 Server, Standard Edition. got CF, SQL2000, mdaemon and all sorts else running very smoothly.
