I just came across a hosting company yesterday that I think you may find
very affordable and they give you access to setting up dsn's. The
hosting company is http://webhost4life.com. They also have reseller
plans that offer 50% off regular plans for resellers with 21-50 sites
and 55% off for those with over 51 accounts.

In regards to support, their familiarity with CF7, and the rest, you
will have to ask them. I wish I was an affiliate or reseller so that I
could benefit from this referral.
