I'm not certain, but think you might be confusing ImageResize (and it's
accompanying Image.dll) with Lewis' ImageInfo (which I thought Lewis did
write).
Can't seem to find ImageResize on the Gallery... could send you the .dll,
but don't have the custom tag template (where I worked out what to write to
the .dll).
