Mail doesn't blacklisted normally by the actual domain name, it's by IP address. If you are on a shared hosting environment then your going to be sharing you mail server with 50 or more domains which use that IP address as a home.
Talk to your hosting provider if this is the case. It only takes on spammer on a mail server to get everyone blacklisted. I recommend moving your mail to another box at your provider that IP address will most likely continue to have problems.
