run a query and get a maxrows where a message hasnt been sent then loop thru it and send the messages and mark each record as sent then use a meta refresh at whatever interval to send the next batch, then when done go back to db and reset the sents to not sent. You could use a scheduling but we arent going to do that, at least for the first one until we get all the junk completely out of their database.
