I thought Sean Corfield did just that, by building a simple application in 8 or 9 different ways using the different frameworks.
It certainly helped me make up my mind to have a serious look at Modelglue. (I chose ModelGlue not so much for its technical capabilities - at the time i didnt understand much about the technicalities - I was looking for good documentation and ease of learning. A lot has changed in all the frameworks since then though). Why not go to Sean's blog and download the sample apps and the documentation that goes with it. You'll probably find most of what you're looking for there.
